Can Do means nothing if you can’t say what you have done, says Dr Rob Rowlands. Knowing that you have made progress is good for your confidence and that of others. To do it effectively requires clear measures of success and progress.

This year was a challenging one for all of us and, as politicians keep telling us, we’re not out of the woods yet. Christmas does however offer some welcome time to reflect, recharge batteries and look forward to the year ahead.
